Christine Santelli Band CD Release Party to be April 27 | Arts & Culture

The Christine Santelli Band will appear at a CD Release Party of her new album “Dragonfly” on Friday, April 27.

Santelli is originally from Clifton Park but now lives in the New York City area where she has pursued a career in music. The release party will be held at the The Van Dyck located at 237 Union Street in Schenectady.

Santelli has toured the world with the likes of Kim Wilson, Eric Burdon, Bonnie Raitt and Steve Cropper. She has been praised for her work even receiving accolades from Dave McGee, veteran former Rolling Stone writer and distinguished author saying, “Christine Santelli’s solo acoustic stunner Dragonfly is a complex, coming of age work…this bracingly honest missive establishes a clear demarcation point between the blues-based artist fronting a full band and the matured singer-songwriter whose voice and acoustic guitar alone give wings to her poetry.”

The event will start at 8:30 p.m. and cover will be $12.
