Raucci wants conviction overturned | Crime
SCHENECTADY - Steven Raucci wants a new trial. He filed an appeal seeking to overturn his 2010 conviction.
Raucci is a former facilities manager for the Schenectady City School District.
He was sentenced to in June 2010 to 23 years to life for intimidating and terrorizing his co-workers.
