Joint police effort nets six DWI arrests | Crime

The Schenectady County Sheriff's Office and Schenectady Police Department made a number of arrests last weekend at a joint "Stop DWI Traffic Safety Check Point."

The detail ran from 8 p.m. on the 18th to 2 a.m. on the 19th on Broadway in front of 797 Schenectady County Social Services. Arrests include six misdemeanor driving while intoxicated arrests and two for driving while ability impaired.
