Tri-county vigil calls for end to gun violence | News
A prayer vigil is underway in three Capital Region cities Monday afternoon.
The tri-county vigil is being held at the steps of Albany, Schenectady and Troy's city halls. Activists associated with Cease Fire and SNUG organized the vigil.
They're calling for peace from gun violence.
